Following their move to new, purpose-built offices, this self-paced, interactive corporate induction CD-ROM provides a comprehensive guide to the South Warwickshire Housing Association. Its depth of information and ease of use provide a valuable reference tool for both new and existing employees. The use of CD-ROM ensures consistent delivery of accurate information to all employees and the flexibility of the medium allowed an internal communication tool to be developed for an external audience.
