To produce an engaging, internal training video to introduce new administrative and practical changes to Boots' Monitored Dosage System (MDS).

The lively, magazine style of this programme enabled an entertaining delivery of practical training issues to a widespread audience. It also provided an opportunity to motivate the staff by reaffirming Boots' commitment to improving the dispensers' working environment and also developing the MDS service. Feedback from the video has been very positive, with employees responding well.
