The British Computer Society Awards for IT
05.11.02
Ubiquity produced the British Computer Society's prestigious 2002 Awards for IT at London's Le Meridien.
The IT Awards, presented by Angela Lamont, combined a bespoke set and conventional widescreen format screen for graphics and video projection. A live camera, on-location shoot and edit was supported by pre-recorded video of the nominees' projects.
This year's Awards, which recognise and honour significant technical development in Information Technology in the UK, went to:
"ISABEL", from the Isabel Medical Charity
"Kar2ouche", from Immersive Education
"Preventing Digital Leakage" from SealedMedia

Still from the Isabel Medical Charity video – one of nine videos produced by Ubiquity as part of the 2002 BCS Awards for IT.
