Guests to our home are within walking distance of the Village on Venetian Bay, with its boutiques and restaurants, the exclusive Waterside Shops and also the Naples Philharmonic Centre and museum of Art. Walk to the wonderful, pristine white beach through any of 3 nearby access points - take a martini and watch the fabulous sunsets! Alternatively, take advantage of one of Naples 70 golf courses.

Our home is set in an attractive garden in a very quiet location, within prestigious Park Shore, a no commercial traffic residential area, within minutes' walk of Naples beach. Private beach facilities.

The house enjoys a secluded, south-facing aspect with major rooms facing onto the lanai and pool. This light and spacious home was newly refurbished in 2004 including a superb cherrywood and granite kitchen, complete with new appliances, plus new bathrooms. Eat in, or relax under the large screened lanai, cooking at the built-in summer kitchen.

April 2010:
'This villa lived up to our expectations and more. Indeed, I would go so far to say that the photographs did not do the villa justice. The house is extremely well-equipped, spacious and a real home from home. It is situated 5 mins walk from a Publix supermarket which is well-stocked, a few minutes drive from fantastic beaches, and easily accessible for many local attractions. We visited the Everglades, Naples zoo, several shopping malls, took a sunset cruise around Naples habour and hired a boat from Marco Island. We also drove up to Miami which took about two hours. We were so impressed by the villa and the area of Naples, that we are planning on returning next Easter and staying in the same place! We'd also like to add that the owners were particularly helpful and full of useful advice and information.'

'A fabulous villa - more like someone's home than a rental property. Photos although accurate simply did not do it justice. High quality furnishings, loads of space, great pool, immaculately clean. The owners were accessible and extremely helpful. Location was excellent...minutes to amazing beaches, the sea like a well-stocked fishing pond! A welcome contrast from the hustle and bustle of Orlando. We would definitely stay here again.'

'This is our second visit to this lovely home and yet again we had the most wonderful holiday. It is perfectly located, comfortably furnished and well equipped. The garden and pool are beautiful and secluded. It was extremely difficult for us to leave!!'
