CORPORATE HOSPITALITY

A Sponsor Partner will undoubtedly wish to utilise the sport for staging corporate hospitality during the season.

Sponsor Partnership will provide direct association with the racing team and a direct focus in the hosting of valued clients or prospective clients through support of the driver at the race meetings.

Access to the pit and paddock and involvement with the Team and Driver will be a significant aspect of Sponsor Partnership. This will make the hosting of valued guests at Formula Palmer Audi race meetings interesting and exciting.

The Sponsor Partner will enjoy the opportunity to host clients at major UK race meetings featuring other top motor sport classes, including British F3 and GT championships and the inaugural races for the International A1 Grand Prix, in addition to the Formula palmer Audi Championship races.

The Team will be able to provide the necessary liaison with the Sponsor Partner to facilitate arrangements for corporate hospitality events at the race meetings at a cost level to suit the Sponsor Partner's budget.

Full arrangements for corporate hospitality could be provided on a 'turn-key' basis by the Team should the Sponsor Partner require an 'arrive and entertain' service. The Team would undertake to make available corporate box or marquee facilities together with contract catering to the Sponsor Partner's requirements.

The satisfaction of the Sponsor Partner's aspirations will be a priority for the Team. Arrangements for sponsorship marketing and corporate hospitality will be tailored to match the Sponsor Partner's own expectations and needs to sufficiently justify the investment in a season with a Formula Palmer Audi Racing Team.
